These terms apply to businesses, clubs and services listed under Businesses & services in DogCompanion and on dogcompanionapp.org.
The business must be related to dogs and be a registered company or association. The person creating the profile must be authorised to represent it.
We review every profile before it is shown. If you change the name, category or website, the profile is reviewed again.
Selling animals through a business profile, misleading, illegal or offensive content, and content that has nothing to do with dogs.
DogCompanion's own page is shown first and is clearly marked. In the app, businesses in the visitor's country come next, then the others, in alphabetical order. Nobody can pay for a better position. If paid visibility is introduced, it will be clearly marked as sponsored.
Being listed is free. No purchases are made through DogCompanion. A purchase is always a matter between the business and the customer.
We may refuse or remove a profile that breaks these terms. You always get the reason in the app. If you think the decision is wrong, write to support@dogcompanionapp.org and we will look at it again.
The details you enter are shown publicly in the app and on dogcompanionapp.org. Your e-mail address and phone number are shown only in the app, never on the website. The registration number is only used to verify the business and is not shown. You can change or delete the profile in the app at any time.
We announce changes to these terms in the app at least 30 days in advance. Contact: support@dogcompanionapp.org.
